Step 1 - Type

A modern twist on the classic Tongue & Groove Timber Flooring. Solid Timber Overlay is REAL wood, in fact it is essentially traditional Tongue and Groove Timber Flooring, only thinner (12mm instead of 19). This means it's perfect for apartment and high rise living where space is at a premium or, anywhere a sub-floor is already present.

Wood Floor Solutions take flooring one step further with their solid timber Overlay floors. Unlike the T&G flooring which is 19mm thick Wood Floor Solutions solid timber Overlay floor is 12mm thick and timber all the way through. This means that you get all the advantages of a traditional tongue and groove timber flooring along with also being easy to install, carry and care for but without the fake, mass-produced appearance that comes with most laminate or floating floors. Wood Floor Solutions solid timber Overlay Timber Floors can be sanded and refinished as often as 19mm, as the tongue and groove are set low, and because it is solid natural timber, your floor will be unique and beautiful.
